What are Work Orders? #

Work orders represent service calls, maintenance appointments, and repair jobs for your customers.

Accessing Work Orders #

Click Jobs in the navigation menu to see all work orders. You can also access them from the Calendar view.

Creating a Work Order #

Method 1: From Jobs List #

  1. Click New Work Order button
  2. Fill in the work order form
  3. Click Create

Method 2: From Calendar #

  1. Click on a date/time slot in the calendar
  2. Form opens with date pre-filled
  3. Complete and save

Method 3: From Customer Profile #

  1. Open customer’s detail page
  2. Click New Work Order
  3. Customer info is pre-filled

Work Order Form Fields #

  • Customer: Select customer (Required)
  • Property: Service location (Required)
  • Work Order Type: Repair, Maintenance, Installation (Required)
  • Description: Issue description (Required)
  • Priority: High, Medium, Low (Required)
  • Scheduled Date/Time: Appointment (Required)
  • Technician: Assigned tech (Optional)

Priority Levels #

  • High: Emergency situations
  • Medium: Important but not urgent
  • Low: Routine maintenance

Assigning Technicians #

  1. Open the work order
  2. Click Assign Technician
  3. Select from available technicians
  4. Save
