Your Profile and Account

Accessing Your Profile #

Click on your name or avatar in the top-right corner to access your profile menu.

Editing Profile Information #

1. Go to your Profile page
2. Click Edit Profile
3. Update your information (First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Profile Photo)
4. Click Save

Changing Your Password #

1. Go to Profile → Security
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter new password twice
5. Click Update Password

Password Requirements: Minimum 8 characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) #

Enabling 2FA #

1. Go to Profile → Security
2. Click Enable 2FA
3. Enter your phone number
4. Verify with SMS code

Trusted Devices #

During 2FA verification, check Trust this device to skip 2FA on future logins from that device.

Notification Preferences #

1. Go to Profile → Notifications
2. Configure each notification type (Email, In-app, SMS)

Session Management #

1. Go to Profile → Security
2. Find Active Sessions
3. Sign out from other devices if needed

Security Tips #

1. Use a strong, unique password
2. Enable 2FA
3. Review active sessions regularly
4. Only trust personal devices
5. Sign out when using shared computers
