Managing Properties

What are Properties? #

Properties are service /job locations associated with customers. Each customer can have multiple properties where you provide service.

Adding Properties to a Customer #

  1. Open the customer detail view on the navigation menu on the left
  2. Pick a customer
  3. Navigate to the Properties tab
  4. Click Add Property
  5. Fill in property details
  6. Click Save

Property Details #

Each property can include:

  • Property Name: Identifier for the location
  • Street Address: Complete service address
  • City, State, ZIP: Full address information
  • Access Instructions: How to enter the property
  • Service Notes: Important information for technicians
  • Billing Address: If different from service address
  • Property Type: House, apartment, office, warehouse, etc.

Editing a Property #

  1. Find the property in the customer’s property list
  2. Click Edit (pencil icon)
  3. Update the information
  4. Click Save

Property Equipment #

Track HVAC equipment at each customer property. Navigate to property detail and click Equipment tab.

Property Service History #

View all work orders for a specific property by opening property detail and clicking Service History.
