Account and Login #

How do I reset my password? #

  1. Go to login page
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter email
  4. Check email for reset link

Why cant I log in? #

Check: correct email, correct password (case-sensitive), Caps Lock off, account is active. Try resetting password.

Not receiving 2FA code? #

Verify phone number, check SMS blocking, click Resend Code, contact administrator.

Work Orders #

How do I reschedule a job? #

Drag and drop in Calendar, or open work order, click Edit, change date/time, Save.

What do job statuses mean? #

  • Pending: Created, not scheduled
  • Scheduled: Has date/time
  • In Progress: Tech is working
  • Completed: Finished
  • Canceled: Job canceled

Invoicing #

How do I send an invoice? #

  1. Open invoice
  2. Click Send
  3. Verify email
  4. Click Send

How do I record a cash payment? #

  1. Open invoice
  2. Click Record Payment
  3. Enter amount, select Cash
  4. Save

Team #

How do I add a team member? #

  1. Go to Settings → Users
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter email, name, role
  4. Send invitation
