Accessing Equipment #

  1. Navigate to Customers
  2. Open a customer profile
  3. Select a property
  4. Click Equipment tab

Adding Equipment #

  1. Navigate to the property
  2. Click Equipment tab
  3. Click Add Equipment
  4. Enter details
  5. Save

Equipment Details #

  • Equipment Type: Air Conditioner, Furnace, etc.
  • Make: Carrier, Trane, Lennox
  • Model: Model number
  • Serial Number: Unique identifier
  • Installation Date: When installed
  • Warranty Expiration: End of warranty
  • Filter Size: Air filter dimensions
  • Location: Where in property

Common Equipment Types #

Cooling #

Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, Mini-Split System

Heating #

Furnace (Gas/Electric), Boiler, Heat Pump

Other #

Air Handler, Thermostat, Humidifier, Dehumidifier, Air Purifier

Removing Equipment #

  1. Open equipment details
  2. Click Deactivate
  3. Enter reason

Deactivated equipment is preserved in history.
