Accessing the Dashboard #

Click Dashboard in the left navigation menu. This is typically your default landing page after logging in.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) #

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find summary cards showing critical metrics:

  • Total Jobs: Number of work orders in the selected period
  • Completed Jobs: Successfully finished service calls
  • Revenue: Total invoiced/collected amount
  • Pending Invoices: Outstanding invoice amount
  • Customers: Total active customers

Filtering by Date Range #

Use the date filter at the top to view metrics for specific periods:

  • Today: Current day’s performance
  • This Week: Week-to-date metrics
  • This Month: Month-to-date performance
  • This Quarter: Quarterly overview
  • This Year: Year-to-date summary
  • Custom Range: Select specific start and end dates

Dashboard Charts #

Work Order Status Chart #

A pie chart showing the distribution of work orders by status:

  • Scheduled (Blue): Upcoming jobs
  • In Progress (Yellow): Currently being worked on
  • Completed (Green): Successfully finished
  • Canceled (Red): Canceled jobs

Click on any segment to drill down into those specific work orders.

Revenue Trends #

A chart displaying revenue over time, comparison with previous periods, and trend indicators.

Technician Performance #

See jobs completed per technician, average ratings, and revenue generated.

Period Comparison #

  1. Enable Compare Mode using the toggle
  2. Select a comparison period
  3. View side-by-side metrics with percentage changes

Quick Actions #

  • + New Work Order: Create a job directly
  • + New Customer: Add a customer quickly
  • View Calendar: Jump to scheduling
  • View All Jobs: See complete work order list

Exporting Dashboard Data #

  1. Click the Export button
  2. Choose format (PDF, Excel, CSV)
  3. Select the date range
  4. Download the report
