Core's software subscription is the number of paid technicians multiplied by $49.99 per month. A maximum of 2 back-office seats are included free with Core.

Free users and free back-office seats are different limits

Free Forever allows 3 users in total, with 20 work orders per month. Processing payments for 5 work orders through ClimaCall Payments increases the allowance to 50 for that monthly cycle. Core's back-office allowance does not add 2 users to the Free plan.

What to confirm before moving your business

Check the current features and availability labels, required integrations, user roles and data-import scope. Flow is coming soon; its announced features are not included as current functionality.

Free migration assistance covers organized customer, property and basic service-history data from supported spreadsheets or exports. Data cleanup, paper or photo records, and manual entry need a separate review. Keep your original records and validate a sample before moving your remaining data.

The Free Forever plan includes up to 3 users and 20 work orders per month. Process payments for 5 work orders through ClimaCall Payments and your limit increases to 50 work orders for that monthly cycle. No credit card is required to start. The plan does not expire.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as your work volume and team change. Plan changes take effect according to the current account terms.

What are “Back Office Seats”?

Back office seats are for office staff who manage scheduling and administrative work but do not need technician mobile access. Core currently includes two free back office seats.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Paid plans are month-to-month, and you can cancel according to the current account terms.
