HVAC estimate follow-up software that keeps open work from disappearing
Automatic estimate follow-up is available in ClimaCall. Use it to support a clear office process while keeping the message tied to the customer’s actual options and questions.
Free Forever includes up to 3 users and 20 work orders per month. Process payments for 5 work orders through ClimaCall Payments and the monthly allowance increases to 50. No credit card or contract is required for Free Forever. Core is $49.99 per technician per month and includes up to 2 free back-office seats.
Follow-up starts with a complete estimate
Record the proposed scope, options, exclusions, price, expiration, and customer decision path before starting an automated sequence. A vague estimate does not become clearer when the same reminder is sent three times.
Set a useful cadence and stop condition
Choose when the first message goes out, how many follow-ups are appropriate, and when a person takes over. Confirm the sequence stops when the estimate is accepted, declined, replaced, or otherwise closed.
Keep financing language current
Financing prompts are in development. Follow-up can refer to currently available estimate options and an office contact, but it should not imply an in-product financing prompt is available today.
Connect follow-up to estimating
This page owns the follow-up workflow. The planned HVAC estimate software guide covers building, sending, reviewing, and carrying an accepted estimate into the job.
What to verify before you switch
GPS technician tracking and financing prompts are in development. Route optimization and automatic estimate follow-up are available. Job-profit reporting is basic. Current feature availability and published plan terms take precedence over older marketing pages, videos, and screenshots.

Test accepted, declined, and unanswered estimates
