Workforce readiness

Technical skill gets the job done. Operational skill keeps the job moving.

ClimaCall adds practical experience with the digital records and handoffs surrounding technical HVAC work.

ClimaCall Student Access supports operational learning. It does not replace technical instruction, licensing, supervision, insurance, or other legal requirements.

  4. 4

    Prepare the handoff

Review the work-order documentation and HVAC Owner Academy for operational learning.

Program questions

What HVAC educators should know.

Who can apply?

Universities, trade schools, technical colleges, community colleges, vocational schools, high schools with HVAC programs, apprenticeship programs, private training organizations, and other legitimate HVAC education providers.

Which students are eligible?

Student Access is intended for verified students in the final quarter or semester of an approved HVAC program, helping them carry the benefit from school into their first year in the field.

Does the school pay anything?

No. There is no cost for the school to participate, no school licenses to purchase, and no school software contract.

How long do students receive access?

Verified students receive 12 months of ClimaCall Student Access. The 12-month period begins when the student activates the benefit.

What is included?

ClimaCall access with unlimited work orders during the 12-month Student Access benefit, subject to program terms and reasonable usage protections.

Can anyone use the school enrollment link?

No. Students must still be individually verified. The enrollment link or code does not automatically grant access.

What happens after 12 months?

The educational benefit ends. The student’s account and data remain, and the account transitions to the normal ClimaCall free offering unless the student chooses another available plan.

Does the school manage student accounts?

No. Students maintain their own ClimaCall accounts.

Can instructors use ClimaCall in class?

Yes. Schools can incorporate ClimaCall into demonstrations, exercises, simulations, or entrepreneurship and business-operations instruction.
