Delete your ClimaCall account

ClimaCall includes an in-app account deletion flow. Depending on your account type, deletion can be completed directly in the app or may require help from our support team.

How it works

ClimaCall shows different deletion options based on the type of account you have.

  • Owner or admin accounts can access account deletion options in the app.
  • Standard user accounts can also see the deletion or removal options available to them in the app.
  • Some requests may require support review before they are completed.
  • This can happen in cases involving company-managed accounts, active billing, security checks, or recordkeeping requirements.
If self-service deletion is available for your account, the app will guide you through it. If not, the app may direct you to contact support.

Delete your account in the app

Open ClimaCall and go to your account or settings area.

Follow the deletion steps shown for your account type.

What data is deleted

  • User profile information tied to the deleted account
  • Login and authentication records related to that account
  • Personal account data that is no longer needed for operations or legal compliance

What data may be retained

Some information may be kept for a limited time when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or company recordkeeping purposes.

  • Billing and transaction records
  • Audit and security logs
  • Records required by law
  • Company business records that are part of a company-managed account

Processing time

Some deletion requests may be completed immediately in the app. Requests that need review or support assistance are processed within a reasonable period after verification.
