Our Story / Founders

ClimaCall was born out of frustration some of our friends had. Immediately, as engineers, technicians, and entrepreneurs, we saw first-hand how hard it was to find a tool that “just worked.” So we teamed up with HVAC pros to build it ourselves, with real HVAC pros helping shape every feature from day one.

Leads the overall vision, strategy, and growth of ClimaCall. Sets the long-term direction, oversees cross-team alignment, and drives investor, partner, and high-level customer relationships.

Hector Ventura

CTO/Co-Founder

Sets ClimaCall’s overall technology vision and long-term innovation roadmap. Evaluates emerging technologies, drives product–tech alignment, and ensures the platform stays competitive, secure, and scalable.

Pavel Navarro

COO & Sales Leader /

Owns day-to-day operations, sales strategy, and execution. Keeps internal teams on track, ensures customer success, and drives revenue growth through partnerships and direct sales.

Fred Pena

Leads the engineering team and owns execution. Manages timelines, sprints, developer workflow, and quality standards. Works closely with the CTO and Product team to deliver features on time and at scale.
